Iraqi Leaders Renew Charter Talks After Bush Intervenes. BAGHDAD, Iraq, Aug. 26 - Iraqi leaders renewed talks on a new constitution today in the hope of reaching an agreement, a day after President Bush intervened in an effort to broker a last-minute deal.
